I drink a lot of coffee

Lowering your dementia risk article.

Pretty interesting, glad I drink copious amounts of coffee.

  1. I've started drinking a lot more coffee recently. Not to ward off dementia, I just really, really like it now. Once I stopped adding cream (because of the diet) I found that I like it much better. But hoo boy, I sure do have to pee a lot!

  2. Wow, I'm impressed, no cream in your coffee. It's a little too bitter for me without creme.

  3. I always used to make it too strong (because I liked to add so much cream). I make it a bit weaker now so it's almost like tea. I do still use sweetener. One of my favorite coffees is that cheapo Melita coffee you always find at corporate meetings. I like the hazelnut flavor. Really not very bitter at all and it smells divine.

  4. We used to put cinnamon in our coffee as we poured it thru a melita.
But now I don't like flavored coffees.
And I detest tropical tea that they often serve in restaurants.

I don't know what happened to my taste buds that I can't handle flavored coffees. Weird now that I think of it.

  5. I like the flavored coffees but I'm with you on that tropical tea. Just give me the Lipton, man.

  6. It's funny because I like lemon in my tea. I like orange flavored..basically like citrus in my tea. But whatever fruits are in that nasty tropical tea it gives me the willies. Ick.

    It's a mystery flavor.

  8. If it's passionfruit, I have no passion for it. Yuck. Nasty.
